Five Weeks to Go! This week we start sending out to entrants their Race Numbers, with full instructions and a Sponsor Form. Take Care of your Race Number. It also has an electronic computer chip installed in it So that we can produce a 'Chip to chip' time as well as 'Gun to finish time' This is your own designated number, and must not be changed or given to anyone else. If you have not already thought about, now is also the time to decide if you are going to raise any monies for a deserving cause. It is entirely optional to do this, but it gives you the opportunity of raising funds for a cause close to your heart. Or you can raise money for the Hastings Lions Club, who will distribute it over the year to needy causes. Also try the latest way to raise money on the Internet, by using our 'Justgiving' account to get sponsorship 'online' Full details in the Sponsor Form included with the Race Number. Entries are still coming in fast for both The Half Marathon, and the Manor Insurance Sponsored Min-Run(for 11-16 age). The organisers have arranged that entries will stay open until the eve of race day. The Race Programme will be available on 12th March at various sporting venues, and on Race Day. Enter on www.
